Pricing — Answered
Are the listed rates inclusive of GST?+
No. All per-message and plan rates are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to your invoice as per Indian tax law. GST-registered businesses can claim input credit on it.
Is there a minimum commitment or lock-in?+
No lock-in. The Growth Pack is a one-time credit recharge. Scale Pro and Enterprise are pay-as-you-go with volume slabs — scale up or down anytime.
Do rates drop as my volume grows?+
Yes. The calculator applies tiered slabs automatically — the more you send, the lower the per-unit rate. Enterprise clients get custom rates for multi-million monthly volumes.
What exactly counts as a 'delivered' message?+
A message is billed only when we receive a positive delivery receipt (DLR) from the operator confirming handset delivery. Pending, rejected or undelivered messages are not charged.
